PURPOSE: A cooperative communication method for a UWB(Ultra Wide-Band) based D-MAC(Distributed-Medium Access Control) system in a marine environment is provided to increase reception rates by applying an adaptive RNS(Relay Node Selection) cooperative communication technology to UWB link transmission speed.;CONSTITUTION: A wireless channel condition change is identified. A relay node selection process is executed according to the change of the identified wireless channel state in order to execute cooperative communication using a UWB technology based a D-MAC standard protocol. A relay DRP(Distributed Reservation Protocol) reservation process is executed for guaranteeing compatibility with the D-MAC standard protocol. A transmission path, which has the minimum delay time by using link feedback information between the WiMedia devices, is selected.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
