PURPOSE: An electricity supply apparatus for emergency is provided to use the drive power of a wheel rolling on the ground, thereby securing energy source by using strong engine power to rotate a small- and medium-sized power generator.;CONSTITUTION: An electricity supply apparatus for emergency includes a travelling rail(50), a main rotary shaft(88), a wheel with a bent shaft and a generator room. A drive body(30) mounted with engine driving wheels runs on a traveling rail when the wheels of the drive body rolls. The main rotary shaft passes through a main rotary shaft rotation support mounted on the center of a concentric circle the traveling rail and the hole of the rotation support and is stood vertically toward the inside of the generator room. The wheels with bent shafts roll while lift and support a bar device(100).
