PURPOSE: A manufacturing method for a brake disc for a railway vehicle is provided to reduce the weight of the railway vehicle using the little amount of ceramic particles and to obtain heat radiation performance and abrasion resistance.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method for a brake disc for a railway vehicle comprises; a step for forming a pair of friction plates by using an aluminum based composite, a step for arranging the friction plates inside a main mold to be face; a step for installing a mold and a core for molding a cooling pin and a mounting plate between the friction plates; and a step for melting aluminum or an aluminum alloy at a specific temperature and injecting the same into the mold.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) Start; (BB) End; (S10) First forming step; (S20) Friction plate installing step; (S30) Inner mold installing step; (S40) Friction plate preheating step; (S50) Second forming step;
