PURPOSE: A belt tongue and a seat belt including the same are provided to prevent damage to and noise of a trim using a tongue cover, to minimize loss of a material, and to prevent the tongue cover from separating from a tongue body.;CONSTITUTION: A belt tongue comprises a tongue plate(100), a tongue body(200), and a tongue cover(300). The tongue plate is coupled with a buckle. The tongue plate is connected to one side of the tongue body. The material of the tongue cover is more flexible than the tongue body.
