PURPOSE: A Korean character keyboard in a touch screen is provided to improve Korean character input efficiency in a smart phone or a tablet PC.;CONSTITUTION: Consonant characters(601) are arranged in a left side of a keyboard or a right side column which is adjacent to a center line of the keyboard. Vowel characters(602) are arranged in a right side of the keyboard or a left side column which is adjacent to the center line of the keyboard. A space key(615) is arranged in a lower part center of a left side of the keyboard.
