PURPOSE: An icing unit of an icing machine and an icing method using the same are provided to simplify the icing machine, omit a water tray, form ice in the outer periphery of a cooling protrusion by icing water flowing down smoothly, thereby forming ice of an excellent quality in which white turbidity is improved.;CONSTITUTION: An icing unit of an icing machine comprises an icing pipe(10), an icing water supplying member(20), and an ice separating member(30). The icing pipe forms ice by circulating a refrigerant and includes a cooling protrusion(12) in the bottom. The icing water supplying member includes a water discharging hole(22) where the cooling protrusion is penetrated and makes supplied icing water flow to the water discharging hole. The ice separating member receives the rest of the icing water after icing in the lower part of the icing water supplying member and separates the ice falling down to a lateral side.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
