PURPOSE: A casing hanger type sonde guide device is provided to accurately arrange an object to the center of a borehole and to stably be installed regardless of condition of the ground.;CONSTITUTION: A casing hanger type sonde guide device(100) comprises a main body(10), a supporting rod(20), a mounting unit(30), and a roller(40). The main body is arranged to an upper part of a borehole(h). A plurality of supporting rod is rotatably connected to the main body and is arranged in a circumference direction of the main body. A plurality of the mounting unit is rotatably connected to a lower part of the supporting rod and is mounted on the upper part of a casing(c).
