PURPOSE: A mat for a vehicle equipped with a support plate and a guard step is provided to prevent an accident caused by malfunctions of a pedal by preventing an obstacle from moving towards the pedal while driving.;CONSTITUTION: A mat for a vehicle equipped with a support plate and a guard step comprises a mat(10), a supporting plate(20), fixing part(30), and a guard step(40). The mat comprises a plurality of inlet holes(11) flowing dust or foreign substances. The supporting plate is installed in the upper part of the mat. The supporting plate protects a part of the mat which comes in touch with the heels of shoes when stepping on the pedal. The fixing part is installed on the upper rear side of the supporting plate. The guard step is inserted into the fixing part. The guard step prevents an obstacle(D) which is dropped on the floor of a driver side from moving towards the pedal while driving.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
