PURPOSE: A method for guaranteeing independency between base nodes using a base node and a dispersion node is provided to reduce a difference between the characteristic values which a channel matrix between base nodes has. CONSTITUTION: A first base node includes one or more electric dipole antennas, and one or more magnetic antennas. A second base node includes one or more electric dipole antennas, and one or more magnetic dipole antennas. One or more dispersion nodes transmit a signal transmitted from the first base node to the second base node. The one or more dispersion nodes are selected by considering a difference between the characteristic values which a channel matrix between the first and the second base node has.
