PURPOSE: Device and method for protecting flap adherence by freezing are provided to prevent flap adherence due to freezing by operating a flap when detecting the adherence possibility of the flap on the basis of the operation condition of a wiper.;CONSTITUTION: A device for protecting flap adherence by freezing comprises a sensor unit(200) and an actuator(300). The sensor unit measures the indoor and outdoor temperature of a vehicle. The sensor unit comprises a temperature detecting device and a conductive lead wire. The temperature detecting device is equipped with electrodes on the surface. The conductive lead wire adheres to a corresponding electrode. The conductive lead wire comprises an elastic conductive lead wire. The actuator opens or closes the flap of a vehicle.
