VIBRATING BALL MILL HAVING DISCHARGED QUANTITY CHECKING UNIT, CAPABLE OF ALLOWING AN OPERATOR TO CHECK THE DISCHARGED QUANTITY OF PROCESSED MATERIAL THROUGH AN INDIRECT WAY

PURPOSE: A vibrating ball mill allowing checking of discharged quantity is provided to forcedly supply lubricating oil into heat generation areas, thereby decreasing working load of the vibrating ball mill.;CONSTITUTION: A vibrating ball mill comprises a vibration unit(50), a damper(60), a cooling unit(70) and a checking unit(80). The cooling unit includes a housing, a storage tank, and a circulation pump. The housing surrounds a driven shaft of the vibration unit and has an inlet and an outlet for lubricating oil formed respectively in the body part of the housing. The storage tank includes a supply tube and a discharge tube which are respectively connected to the inlet and outlet of the housing. The circulation pump is mounted at the supply tube for circulating lubricating oil. The checking unit is mounted at the same position in the direction which a discharge port is formed at the center of outer periphery of the damper, to be rotated together while the position of the discharge port is adjusted, thereby indirectly informing an operator of the position of the discharge port.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
