GREEN FEMTOCELLS AND METHODS OF IMPLEMENTING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Green femto cells and methods implementing the same are provided to minimize interference by Wi-Fi, other femto cells, and macro cells by restricting the emission of radiant rays. CONSTITUTION: A controller module implements call handover of a femto cell when the controller module is located in a geographical coverage area of a femto cell(102) in which a cellular handset device is operated. The controller module detects a call setup related to the cellular handset device in the geographical coverage area of the femto cell. The controller module activates a transmitter module. The controller module effectively executes a call handover process.
