PURPOSE: A high speed material property measurement testing device for a vehicle steel sheet is provided to obtain reliable high speed tension data by transforming a sample in dynamic force equilibrium and constant strain rate speed.;CONSTITUTION: A high speed material property measurement testing device comprises an input rod(10), a hollow impact rod(30), and a ring-shaped pulse shaper(40). One end of the input rod is connected to a sample, and a flange is integrally formed at the other end of the input rod. The hollow impact rod wraps the input rod and impacts the flange by being moved at high speed to the end of the input rod by a pneumatic device. The pulse shaper is installed between the flange and the impact rod and is transformed due to collision of the impact rod.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
