PURPOSE: A jumping and rotating exercise machine is provided to perform a balancing exercise by rotating an inclined footstep while performing jumping exercise using an elastic force of a first and a second springs by a user stepped on a footstep.;CONSTITUTION: A jumping and rotating exercise machine includes a seat(10), an elevating shaft(20) and a rotary shaft(30). The elevating shaft vertically inserted into a support pipe(11) is elevated by being supported by a first bearing(11b) and a first spring(11a). A prop(21) fixed to an upper part of the elevating shaft is elastically supported by a second spring(22a) and elevated. A rotary shaft is obliquely installed in a boss(22) of the prop and is supported by a second bearing(22b). An inclined footstep(31) is installed in an upper part of the rotary shaft and the foot step can be rotated and elevated.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
