PURPOSE: A digital predistortion method and a device thereof for differentiating a memory degree according to an input level are provided to improve the performance of a power transmission system by differentiating the complexity of a digital predistortion device according to the input level of a transmission system.;CONSTITUTION: An average power measurement part(206) measures average input power of an input signal. A switch controller(208) determines a memory degree for digital predistortion according to average power. A digital distortion device implements digital predistortion for a past signal according a switch signal. An upward converter(210) converts an output signal.
