PURPOSE: A health management application program for a mobile communication device which performs self-health diagnosis, a call to an emergency center, and an automatic text message sending function is provided to check a health abnormality state and to automatically connect to an emergency center, thereby rapidly helping an emergency patient.;CONSTITUTION: A health management application for a mobile communication device informs health abnormality to a user by reading and analyzing health measurement management information received by a non-contact wireless local area network from a portable health measurement management device.
