PURPOSE: A virtual terminal cloud network system and a heterogeneous terminal platform application providing method are provided to comprise an application market without limitation of a platform in all terminals, thereby enabling a user to use an application of a heterogeneous terminal platform. CONSTITUTION: A virtual cloud network(16) comprises heterogeneous virtual terminals through virtualization of a thin client form. An authentication and virtual platform server(12) authenticates a terminal and provides composition information of a virtual platform in the virtual cloud network. The virtual cloud network provides a heterogeneous terminal platform of different type to the terminal which is connected to the virtual cloud network.
