PURPOSE: preparation capable of permeating skin contains novel penetrating agent and is provided for reducing the penetration enhancer of dosage, and prevents side effect, such as skin irritatin. ;CONSTITUTION: preparation capable of permeating skin includes non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent as active constituent. The transdermal formulation contains two or more ester compounds as penetration enhancer. The ester compounds include the first and second reinforcing agents. The isopropanol and C8-20 carboxylic acids of first penetrating agent monoesters. The adipic acid and C2-8 alcohol of the second penetrating agent diester.
