PARAFFIN WAX WHITE LIQUID SUSPENSION WITH EXCELLENT WATERPROOF EFFECT FOR A PARTICLE BOARD, MEDIUM-DENSITY FIBER, AND HIGH DENSITY FIBER AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A paraffin wax white liquid suspension with an excellent waterproof effect is provided to have excellent emulsion stability, to reduce excellent volume and weight, and to reduce transfer time and manufacturing time.;CONSTITUTION: A paraffin wax white liquid suspension comprises 50-70 parts by weight of a paraffin-based carbon hydride, 1-10 parts by weight of a synthetic emulsifier, and 1-5 parts by weight of a nonionic surfactant. A manufacturing method of the paraffin wax comprises a step of adding the synthetic emulsifier and nonionic surfactant to the paraffin-based carbon hydride and mixing and emulsifying the material at 80-100°C and 100-200 rpm; a step of mixing water of 95-100 °C with the mixture and stirring the mixture by 300 rpm; and a step of rapidly cooling the mixture to 30-40 °C.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
