PURPOSE: A method for providing an efficient cooperation filtering framework by using overlapped information is provided to calculate similarity between users by using scores of items rated by the users. CONSTITUTION: Similarity calculation target users are selected from all users(510). The similarity calculation target users grant scores to items to which a query user grants a score. The similarity of the query user of the similarity calculation target users is calculated(520). A user having a similar tendency to the query user is recommended from the selected users based on the calculated similarity(530). A list of all users is arranged in power of the calculated similarity and upper users are recommended from the list.
