PURPOSE: An unjustifiable femtocell use prevention method is provided to prevent unjustifiable use for a femtocell by determining the change of femtocell locations.;CONSTITUTION: Time(M) between a point when power is lastly supplied to a femtocell and another point when the power is applied to the femtocell is compared with set time(N)(S200). A first location coordinate(A) of the point when the power is applied to the femtocell is compared with a second location coordinate(B) of the point when the power is lastly supplied to the femtocell(S300,S600).
