PURPOSE: A non-invasive mapping method for myocardial electrical activity is provided to help effective isolation operation. CONSTITUTION: Electrocardiographic data or magnetocardiographic data are measured(S111). A degree of electrical activity of a myocardial surface are mapped through the electrocardiographic data or the magnetocardiographic data(S112). A potential source is extracted through myocardial surface potential(S156). An incision location of a route in which an abnormal circuit formed by activity of the potential source is extracted(S162). [Reference numerals] (S111) Step of measuring electrocardiographic data or magnetocardiographic data; (S131) Step of composing a surface mesh for applying a boundary element method to electric conductor models of peripheral organs including the myocardium and the thorax; (S134) Step of computing a lead field vector between the surface potential of the myocardium and the electrocardiographic data or magnetocardiographic data; (S142) Step of extracting a covariance matrix using the electrocardiographic data or magnetocardiographic data measured through multiple channels; (S151) Step of obtaining a constraint matrix by applying a constraint condition which allows no current source in a specific area; (S152) Step of obtaining a corrected lead field vector including the constraint condition from the lead field vector; (S153) Step of calculating the electrical activity degree of an apex on the myocardial surface using the corrected lead field vector and the covariance matrix; (S156) Step of extracting a potential source using the myocardial surface potential; (S162) Step of extracting an incision position of an abnormal circuit route formed by activity of the potential source
