PURPOSE: A complex surface processing method and a particle for electronic paper using the same are provided to equally absorb external addition agents to the particle in a solution absorption method. CONSTITUTION: A size of bare particle(10) is 5 micrometer or 20 micrometer. The bare particle includes monomer, polymerization initiator, and ionic monomer. Titanium dioxide particles(20) are equally distributed to a surface of the bear particle. Silica dioxide particles(40) are located between the titanium dioxide particles. The bare particle, the titanium dioxide particle, and the dioxide silica particle are chemically combined.
