摘要

PURPOSE: A wall structure for a slag line of a ladle is provided to achieve structure stabilization of the ladle by removing a gap of the slag line in the ladle to form a coating layer in a sidewall internal layer of the slag line.;CONSTITUTION: A wall structure for a slag line of a ladle comprises a steel skin(110), a bottom unit(120) and a side wall unit(130). A continuous side wall on the floor is extended in an upper direction, and the steel skin has a form of an open-top container feature. The bottom unit is constructed in a bottom surface inner side of the steel skin. The side wall unit has a molten metal line wall unit(140) and a slag line wall unit(150). The molten metal line wall unit is constructed in a sidewall inner side of the steel skin, and a molten metal is folded by being extended in an upper direction from a top side of the bottom unit. The slag line wall unit is extended in the upper direction from the top side of the molten metal line wall unit, and a slag is folded. The slag line wall unit has a slag line sidewall coating layer(156) which is formed in an inner side of a slag line sidewall permanent lining.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
