PURPOSE: An execution file transmission device between software blocks using software reset and a method thereof are provided to compare ID of a receiving side, which is generated with an execution file, with a setting value and to transmit the execution file to a software block, thereby reinforcing security for execution file transmission between the software blocks.;CONSTITUTION: A storage unit(120) stores ID setting values for determining suitability of execution file transmission. When software reset is generated, an interface unit(140) receives the execution file from one or more software blocks included in an embedded software(200). A determination unit(160) determines the suitability of the execution file transmission by comparing the execution file with the ID setting values.
