PURPOSE: A current vector controlling a dead time for a multi-level inverter is provided to prevent short circuit by preventing total harmonic distortion. CONSTITUTION: A multi-level inverter circuit(160) is connected to a PFC(Power Factor Correction) circuit(100). The inverter circuit converts DC voltage into AC voltage. The PFC circuit charges a capacitor(C1) and a capacitor(C2). The PFC circuit is connected to an AC source. The inverter circuit receives the DC voltage from a plurality of solar cells.
