PURPOSE: A gene information analysis method for protecting personal information and analysis technology is provided to analyze personal gene information in a computer, thereby preventing privacy invasions caused by the leakage of the personal gene information. CONSTITUTION: A personal gene information is stored in a personal computer, and gene information analysis is requested to a gene information analysis server(101). When the gene information analysis server requests gene information values of a specific position, the computer provides the personal gene information(301). A gene information analysis program, which uses the gene information values of the specific position as a key value, is generated and is transmitted to the personal computer(102). The computer executes the gene information analysis program by inputting the user gene information(103). When the user gene information corresponds to the key value registered in the gene information analysis program, the analysis is processed(104).
