VECTOR CONTAINING LOW DENSITY LIPOPROTEIN-LIKE CATIONIC NANOPARTICLES FOR DELIVERING A BLOOD-BRAIN BARRIER

PURPOSE: A vector for delivering a BBB(blood brain barrier) is provided to deliver a nucleic acid drug to a target cell, and to be used in a pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating brain diseases.;CONSTITUTION: A vector containing LDL-like cationic nanopaticles for delivering a BBB comprises: a core lipid part containing cholesteryl ester and triglyceride; and a cationic surface lipid part which is conjugated on the upper layer of the core lipid part by hydrophobic interaction, and contains phospholipid and cationic lipid without cholesterol and ApoE. The surface lipid part does not contain apolipoprotein. The nanoparticles contain 30-60wt% of cholesteryl ester, 0.1-10 wt% of triglyceride, 5-20wt% of cholesterol, 5-30wt% of phospholipid, and 10-50wt% of cationic lipid.
