COMMON USE CRP TRUCK FOR MULTIPLE VEHICLE MODELS, CAPABLE OF CORRESPONDING TO A VEHICLE BODY ASSEMBLY OF MULTIPLE VEHICLE MODELS IN A VEHICLE BODY BUILD-UP PROCESS

摘要

PURPOSE: A common use CRP truck for multiple vehicle models is provided to control a cowl panel, a roof rail, and a package tray of multiple vehicle models.;CONSTITUTION: A common use CRP truck(100) for multiple vehicle models comprises a frame(10), a pin block unit(20), a first position control unit(30), a second position control unit(50), and a third position control unit(70). The pin block unit connects the frame to a predetermined position in a side gate. The first position control unit is comprised on one side of the frame and controls a cowl panel to the predetermined position. The second position control unit is comprised on other side of the frame and controls roof rails(2a,2b) which are different in each vehicle model. The third position control unit is comprised on the other side of the frame and controls a package tray(3) which is different in each vehicle model.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
