PURPOSE: A server for providing watching level information for each broadcast program based on a harmfulness class, a method thereof, and a terminal receiving the watching level information are provided to supply a watching level, which is determined based on recommendation time information and reproduction time information of a broadcast program, to a user terminal, thereby displaying an avatar corresponding to the watching level on the user terminal.;CONSTITUTION: A recommendation time information determination unit determines recommendation time information based on a harmfulness class of a broadcast program(S61).
