PURPOSE: A mobility management method of an Ipv6(Internet Protocol version 6) based user defined network is provided to execute a handover process without the loss of a packet transmitted from a mobile node. CONSTITUTION: An NAR(Next Access Router)(207) executes a routing function of a packet transmitted and received through an NAP(Next Access Point). A user defined network mobility management server generates NCoA(New Care-of Address) for each candidate by using the identification information of an NAP candidate accumulated in an NCoA request signal received from a mobile node. The user defined network mobility management server adds the NCoA to the NCoA response signal. The user defined network mobility management server transmits the NCoA response signal to the mobile node through a PAR(Previous Access Router).
