PURPOSE: A device and a method for reducing noise of a vehicle using an acoustic meta material are provided to lighten the weight and to obtain a large inner space by reducing the thickness of the acoustic meta material compared to an existing sound-absorbing material and a sound insulation material.;CONSTITUTION: A device for reducing noise of a vehicle comprises an acoustic meta material(10). The acoustic meta material is built in a dash panel(20) of the vehicle and an inner side of a floor panel(22).
