PURPOSE: An analysis of a corn powder mixture using a peptidomics method is provided to effectively and quickly analyze only protein from sorghum, and to enable mass analysis.;CONSTITUTION: A method for identifying the variety of sorghum comprises a step of comparing specific proteins of sorghum analyzed through protein identification. The variety of sorghum is identified by measuring specific protein molecular weight. The low molecular protein contained in corn seeds or powder is detected within a molecular weight of 0.1-50kDa.
