PURPOSE: A smart grid device security certification system and a method thereof are provided to improve security of certificates.;CONSTITUTION: A device manager(10) requests an issue of certificates about multiple smart grid devices and injects multiple certificates into multiple smart grid devices. A certification center(20) issues multiple certificates in response to the request of the device manager and verifies and answers effectiveness.
