PURPOSE: An automatic gain controller, an OFDM(Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing) receiver using a QAM(Quadrature Amplitude Modulation) method using the device, and a manufacturing method of the device are provided to prevent performance degradation of an OFDM receiver.;CONSTITUTION: An automatic gain controller(500) includes a power calculation unit(510) and a gain control unit(520). The power calculation unit calculates power of a signal received from an OFDM receiver. The power calculation unit receives data about IQ coordinate on a constellation map with respect to a modulated signal using a high order QAM method and calculates power of a received signal. The gain control unit controls a gain of the received signal based on the calculated power.
