MUTANT LIPASE WITH ADVANCED ACTIVITY AND PROCESS FOR PRODUCTION BIO-DIESEL USING THE SAME

PURPOSE: Mutant lipase is provided to enable efficient enzyme reaction, and to cheaply produce bio-diesel. CONSTITUTION: Mutant lipase is prepared by applying mutation to lipase with an amino acid of sequence number 8 and enhances activity. The mutant lipase has an amino acid sequence of sequence number 9 or 10. A polynucleotide encodes the mutant lipase. An expression vector contains the polynucleotide. A method for producing bio-diesel comprises: a step of introducing the expression vector to a host cell and preparing a transformant; a step of culturing the transformant and collecting lipase from the culture or supernatant thereof; and a step of preparing bio-diesel from fats and fatty oil and alcohol using the collected lipase.
