PURPOSE: A cable resistance determination device of high-power POE(Power Over Ethernet) networks and a method thereof are provided to offer high accuracy by enabling PSE(Power Sourcing Equipment) to plan power assignment between the powered devices.;CONSTITUTION: First supply power generates a first current supplied through a first and a second output terminal of PSE. Second supply power generates a second current supplied through a third and a fourth of the PSE. A current modulation circuit(216) generates the offset power between the first supply power and the second supply power by offsetting the second current from the first current.
