PURPOSE: Cobalt-Yttrium catalyst for reducing animation, and a manufacturing method of polyesteramine compound using this are provided to maintain catalyst activation under the existence of moisture, and indicate high amine conversion ration having a balance of hydrogenation and dehydrogenation. CONSTITUTION: Reductive amination catalyst comprises cobalt and yttrium as active ingredient. 1-30 parts by weight of yttrium oxide is included about 100 parts by weight of cobalt oxide. Reductive amination catalyst also comprises palladium as an active ingredient. Reductive amination catalyst also comprises a carrier which embodies active ingredient. A manufacturing method of polyesteramine compound comprises the step of contacting polyether derivative to amine compound under the existence of hydrogen and a reactive catalyst for reductive amination. The step is performed under 0.5 - 40 parts by weight of amine compound and 0.05 - 5 parts by weight of hydrogen based on 100 parts by weight of polyester derivative.
