PURPOSE: A heat transfer plate for a plate type heat exchanger and a stacking apparatus and method for manufacturing the same are provided to easily manufacture heat transfer plates with improved manufacturing efficiency using a roll pressing method.;CONSTITUTION: A heat transfer plate for a plate type heat exchanger comprises an embossing band which is formed in a regular shape on the surface of a metal plate and a flat band which is formed at both edges of width of the metal plate, which a transfer roller contacts to easily transfer the metal plate or fold up and weld the metal plate. A stacking apparatus for manufacturing the heat transfer plate comprises a roll press(150) and a stacking table(170). The roll press comprises roll dies(151,152) to form the embossing band on a coil material(M) or the metal plate supplied from a material supply roll(110). The stacking table loads heat transfer plates, which are transferred through a second transfer roller(160) and finished, or stacks the heat transfer plates by rotating the heat transfer plates to make the patterns of the embossing bands opposite to each other.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
