PURPOSE: A home appliance control method using an LBS(Location Based Service) is provided to control home appliances regarding grasped locations by grasping the location of a portable terminal user.;CONSTITUTION: A location information collecting unit collects location information of a user from a portable terminal which belongs to a user(S10). A returning determination unit determines a returning state of a user by using the collected location information(S20). When the user come a home, a home appliance control unit controls a plurality of home appliances regarding a predetermined pattern(S30).
