PURPOSE: A correction system of an image display device using a transfer function and a correction method thereof are provided to improve a yield by correcting a product deviated from target quality to target quality.;CONSTITUTION: A correction system has a control center(10), a driving board(20), a luminance measurement instrument(30) and an organic light-emitting diode display device(40). The control center controls operation timing of the luminance measurement instrument, controls a data driving IC(42) and supplies a designated test pattern for luminance measurement to an organic light-emitting diode display panel(44). The control center supplies the luminance measurement data inputted from the luminance measurement instrument to the driving IC through the driving board. The luminance measurement instrument measures output luminance of the organic light-emitting diode display device with respect to a RGBW test pattern and supplies to the control center.
