PURPOSE: A biaxially stretched polyester-based white film is provided to use sulfate barium with a specific average particle diameter, thereby obtaining excellent surface performance, OD, and glossiness required for a white film.;CONSTITUTION: A biaxially stretched polyester-based white film contains 0.1-30 wt% of barium sulfate in a polyester resin. The average particle diameter of the barium sulfate is 2.0-5.0 micron, does not contain particles with a particle diameter of 0.01 or less and 20 micron or more, and has particle diameter distribution of 5 vol% or less. The film thickness of the polyester-based white film is 10-300 micron, the opacity is 95-99%, and the glossiness is 50-65. The polyester resin is polyethylene terephthalate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
