TUNNEL EXCAVATION CIRCULAR SUPPORT MEMBER STRUCTURE USING A CONCRETE FILLING TYPE PRESSURIZATION CELL AND A CONTROL METHOD THEREOF, CAPABLE OF PRESSURIZING A TUNNEL EXCAVATION SURFACE WITH A CIRCULAR SUPPORT MEMBER STRUCTURE
PURPOSE: A tunnel excavation circular support member structure using a concrete filling type pressurization cell and a control method thereof are provided to economically construct a tunnel by efficiently supporting a tunnel excavation surface and reducing the amount of design support.;CONSTITUTION: A tunnel excavation circular support member structure(1) using a concrete filling type pressurization cell(10) and a control method thereof comprise as follows. A circular support beam(20) is arranged on a tunnel excavation surface, and the concrete filling type pressurization cell is installed in a cut end. A hardening material is injected into a cylinder unit(11) so that the concrete filling type pressurization cell is expanded by the protrusion of a piston unit(12). A gap between the cut ends is increased through the expansion so that the tunnel excavation surface is pressurized due to an enlarged circular cross section of a circular support beam. The hardening material is hardened and maintains a state of adhesiveness.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
