PURPOSE: A UI(User Interface) control element processing method of a portable terminal is provided to emphasize a sensitive element of writing through drawing.;CONSTITUTION: A control unit displays a check box(311). The control unit displays drawing of a user on the check box(315). When a line drawn on the check box is longer than reference length, the control unit sets the check box as an on-state(321,323).
