PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of joints of metallic sheets and polymer composites are provided to effectively reduce heat residual stress formed on an adhesive layer, and remarkably improving static strength and fatigue strength.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of joints of metallic sheets and polymer composites comprises a step of preparing the metallic sheets and polymer composites; a step of removing oil components by cleaning the bonding side of the metallic sheets and polymer composites using a solvent; a step of fixing and coupling the metallic sheets and polymer composites by applying an adhesive to the bonding side; a step of conducting a first curing by increasing a temperature; a step of conduct a second curing by increasing a temperature higher than the temperature of the first curing.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) Curing temperature = 121C; (BB,GG) Start to generate residual stress; (CC) Curing time; (DD) Temperature; (EE) First step; (FF) Second step; (HH) Time
