PURPOSE: A composite membrane structure for a gas sensor, a gas sensor device with the same, a gas concentration measuring method, and a device using the same are provided to prevent the contamination caused by the moisture included in an insulating oil medium and insulating oil and to measure the concentration of the gas per a sort easily at high reliability by using a common semiconductor gas sensor easily.;CONSTITUTION: A composite membrane structure(5) for a gas sensor comprises a supporter(5a) with a mesh, a porous coating layer, and a self-assembled monolayer(5c).
