PURPOSE: A stabilizing composition is provided to effectively and sufficiently control discoloration by UV rays, according to aging of plastic.;CONSTITUTION: A stabilizing composition comprises 65-75 wt% of N-(4-ethoxycarbonylphenyl)-N'-methyl-N'-phenylformamidine UV-blocking compound, and 25-35 wt% of a hindered amine light stabilizer-based UV stabilizer. A manufacturing method of the stabilizer composition comprises a step of injecting the hindered amine light stabilizer-based UV stabilizer and of N-(4-ethoxycarbonylphenyl)-N'-methyl-N'-phenylformamidine UV-blocking compound, in order; a step of stirring the solution at 60 °C for 1 hour; and a step of cooling the solution at room temperature.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (AA) UV-B area; (BB) UV-A area; (CC) Wavelength; (DD) Cell thickness
