PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition is provided to suppress melanogenesis and to ensure excellent whitening effects using ginsenoside F1 with a Broussonetia kazinoki extract, an Oldenlandia diffusa extract, or a mixture thereof. CONSTITUTION: A cosmetic composition contains ginseoside F1, and one or more kinds among a Broussonetia kazinoki extract and an Oldenlandia diffusa extract. A cosmetic composition for skin whitening contains 0.001-10 wt% of ginsenoside F1 and one or more kinds among 0.001-20 wt% of a Broussonetia kazinoki extract and 0.001-50 wt% of an Oldenlandia diffusa extract.
