PURPOSE: A recycling device manufacturing method for a drilling work material is provided to reduce manufacturing time and costs by individually modularizing a structure, air conditioning equipment, a pipe, and an electric device.;CONSTITUTION: A structure including a predetermined size and predetermined areas is comprised(S100).
