PURPOSE: A photosynthesis system of microalgae is provided to culture the microalgae by closed circulation method of three-dimensional pipes, to reduce area and energy, and to avoid effect by weather. CONSTITUTION: A photosynthesis system of microalgae comprises a photosynthesis unit, a connection unit, a collect valve module, a pressurized fluid unit, a fluid connection pipe(5), an oxygen discharging and collecting device(6), and a connection tube body. The photosynthesis unit has a plurality of linear pipes and a plurality of bent pipes which form a three-dimensional transparent pipe. The connection unit is connected to an outlet terminal of the transparent pipe. The collection valve module is connected to the outlet terminal of the connection unit. The pressurized fluid unit is connected to the collection valve module. The fluid connection pipe is connected to the outlet terminal of the pressurized fluid unit. The oxygen discharging and collecting device contains an oxygen discharge tank(61), and a fluid collection tank. The connection tube body connects the fluid collection tank and the transparent pipe by a closed type pipe.
